Delivery Process

Our headboards, beds, and mattresses are crafted with care in our factory located in the heart of Yorkshire. From there, they are shipped directly to your door, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective delivery process with no middleman involved.

Deliveries are carried out by in-house drivers and trusted delivery partners such as BJS. If you have any queries regarding delivery—before or after your order—please get in touch, and we will be happy to help.

We take pride in providing a smooth customer journey, with most orders delivered within 1 week. Please note that all deliveries must be signed for to confirm acceptance.

Important: Please retain your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives.


Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Curbside/door-side service
  • Installation Service: Delivery to a specific room and installation – £33.33 per bed per delivery
  • Removal Service: Installation plus removal of your old item – £44.44 per bed per delivery

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the item fits through all access points leading to your chosen room.
  • If the product does not fit, a failed delivery fee and redelivery charge will apply.
  • For installation deliveries:

Ensure the room is empty and ready for assembly.
Clear any obstructions from the assembly area.
Trained delivery experts will build and securely install your bed, headboard, and/or mattress.
All packaging will be removed as part of the service.

  • For removal service:

Disassemble the old bed beforehand.

Ensure the old item is downstairs and ready for pickup.

The bedroom must be clear and accessible.


Delivery Charges & Zones

Free delivery is offered on many purchases.
Note: Free delivery applies to mainland UK postcodes only. Offshore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands are excluded.

Delivery Restrictions

If delivery cannot be completed due to access or other limitations, additional charges will apply before a redelivery can be arranged.

  • Signature Required: All deliveries must be signed for at the point of delivery.
  • Access Requirements: If access to the delivery area is restricted and delivery cannot be completed, a return fee will be charged.
