The Guarantee
As a long-term supplier of quality bedroom furniture, we are committed to excellent customer service. A standard guarantee is included with every item, offering peace of mind and long-term protection for your purchase.
1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects related to materials or craftsmanship. If any item does not include this warranty, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
Important: Do not remove original product labels. This will void your warranty automatically.
This guarantee is provided in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and under British law.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
- The guarantee will not apply if:
- The product has been soiled or stained
- The product was accidentally damaged after delivery
- The product was jumped on or misused in any way
- The product was used commercially or for a purpose other than intended
- The mattress has been bent or folded in a way that damages the spring system
Important Information
While every product goes through a strict quality assurance process, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist. To be covered by the guarantee, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery, which is when your guarantee period begins.
If your claim is successful, you may be eligible for:
- A full refund
- A replacement product
- A refund of additional postage (if applicable)
