Debit & Credit Card (Stripe):
A secure and straightforward way to pay online. Stripe supports major card providers including Visa and Mastercard, offering buyer protection and a smooth checkout experience.

Apple Pay:

Google Pay:
A convenient option for Android users and desktop shoppers. Log in and enjoy a hassle-free transaction.

Cash on Delivery:
Prefer to pay with cash? This option allows you to pay in full upon delivery. Payment must be made before the driver unloads your order.

PayPal:
Login or sign up to PayPal to enjoy a safe, secure shopping experience with an extra layer of buyer protection.

Cash on Delivery Details

For those who prefer to pay with cash, simply select ‘Pay by Cash on Delivery’ at checkout.

Here’s how it works:

  • Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation phone call to verify your order and payment method.
  • 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery, you will receive another call to confirm your delivery time and remind you that payment will be collected on delivery.
  • Payment must be made in full before the delivery team unloads your items. If full cash payment isn’t available, bank transfer may be accepted as an alternative.
  • A deposit may be requested for certain custom bed configurations.
  • Once payment is received and confirmed by our driver, the transaction is complete and ownership of the items is transferred to the customer.

How Does Clearpay Work?

Clearpay is a 0% interest finance option available for online purchases. Once your order is processed:

  • The cost is split into 4 equal payments.
  • The first payment is taken on the day you place your order.
  • Remaining payments are taken every 2 weeks.

This is an easy way to spread the cost of your purchase without any hidden fees—as long as payments are made on time.

Setting Up a Clearpay Account

Existing users can simply log in at checkout.

New users will need to create an account via the official Clearpay website or their mobile app. To sign up, be sure to have:

  • Your contact details
  • A debit or credit card
  • Confirmation that you’re 18 years or older
  • The ability to make scheduled payments on time

Late Fees and Penalties

  • If a payment is late, an initial £6 late fee will apply.
  • If the payment is still not made within 7 days, an additional £6 fee may be added.
  • Fees are capped at:
    £6 for orders under £24
    The lower of £36 or 25% of the total order value for orders over £24

Please note: Late or missed payments may impact your ability to use Clearpay in the future. Unpaid debts may be referred to a third-party collection agency.
