Where are your products made?

All beds and mattresses are manufactured in the UK, specifically in the heart of West Yorkshire.


Do you have a showroom?

Yes, there is a showroom located at Unit 25, Mount Street, Bradford, BD4 8TA. Feel free to visit during opening hours to view the product range. If you're unsure about your selection, our in-house experts can guide you through the options to help you choose the perfect bed. All products are also available to browse online.


Do I get a guarantee with my products?

Every bed and mattress is handcrafted by a skilled team in the UK using high-quality materials and manufacturing methods. All items come with a 1-year guarantee. Full details can be found on the warranty and guarantee page.


How long will my order take?

Since each product is made to order, typical lead times range from 1 week from the date of purchase to dispatch. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a notification confirming your goods are in transit.


Can you install my bed, headboard, or mattress?

Yes, an installation service is available for an additional £39.99 per delivery. Trained professionals will:

  • Deliver the items to your room of choice
  • Assemble and securely fit your new bed, headboard, and/or mattress
  • Remove all packaging so you can enjoy your new purchase immediately

Will your headboards fit my base?

All headboards are made to standard UK bed sizes. If your base is a standard UK size, the headboard will fit correctly.
