Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that all our beds, headboards, and mattresses undergo stringent quality assurance and testing before shipment. However, we understand that sometimes the unthinkable may happen.


Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Any damage should be clearly marked on the courier's delivery sheet.
  • Important: Claims for damage will not be accepted if the goods have not been checked at the time of delivery and the damage has not been clearly noted on the courier's delivery sheet.

Returns and Claims

Defects on Delivery: Claims for defects reported at the time of delivery will be accepted.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Claims for manufacturing defects will be accepted.
  • Non-Manufacturing Issues: Items showing damage or wear and tear not related to manufacturing will not be accepted for return.
  • If damage is not reported at the time of delivery or if a clear manufacturing defect is not present, a charge may apply to process your return.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item that is not defective:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for covering the cost of the original delivery and the collection fee for the return.
  • Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customer Liability: Any damage that occurs to the item after the return has been accepted will be the responsibility of the customer.
